Hello Team! I am very pleased to officially pre-launch Team IPA International in our very own team blog! As some of you may have already heard (if you are reading this blog, you are specifically invited) of some changes in the organization. For quite sometime, there has been a need for aggressive leaders to step up and duplicate. I've had that feeling deep in my gut to do something about it. I felt that drastic measures needed to be done. Our direction must be well paved so future leaders can have a smooth transition for bigger and better things. True leaders have vision, and big plans for themselves as well their Inner Circle and team mates.
I believe in giving people your heart before you ask for their hand. I also believe the quote "people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care". We are all here for the same reasons. Every one of you are very special in your own respect, and respect always comes first.
