1. Attend a Fast Start Basic Training (Kaizen Support Training Manual)
2. VIP 10 List
Create a Contact List with the Top 10 people you know. Ask your New Associate these Questions:
Invite 6-8 close family & friends for a FREE Product Demonstration & Facial.
Directors & Sponsors:
You must believe that everyone can be a Diamond Director, but you need to work as if everyone is gonna quit within the next 48 hours. Over plan and Over work.
Important reasons to get every new Associate's VIP 10 ASAP.
What if your new Associate brings 10 of their easiest people to talked to first (Blues) and then quits. This is why we need to invite the best people from the VIP 10 right away within the next 24-48 hours.
The Director will handle it from this point forward.
They will set up the Appointment to meet at a presentation or 1on1.
Why this works
If they can't make it.
Instead of saying ok, or I'm not available, immediately ask for the next available time.
When is it the soonest we can get together?
This is urgent, I got to make sure I introduce you to this person so you can see this opportunity right away.

- Most credible person you know.
- Most honest person you know.
- Most aggressive person you know.
- Most influential person you know.
- Person with the LARGEST network of people.
- Person with the BEST personality.
- Person with the BEST work ethic.
- Sharpest person you know.
- Person you love the most.
- Person who cares about you the most.
- Get with your Director and do a couple practice Invite calls.
- 3 Way Calls (invite & pass over the phone) are recommended for your VIP 10 List.
- Invite for Tuesday & Thursday Presentations.
- 1on1 presentations are also available upon request. Please give at least 24 hour notice to your Director.
