Creating Your Contact List + Training Videos featuring: Ruby Director, Bryant Jew
Directions: *Important* Schedule an appointment with your upline/sponsor to help you with these steps.
1. Get all your phone books & Yearbooks out
2. Type in FULL (First+Last) Name
3. Relationship: [Friend, Cousin, Co-worker, brother, sister etc.]
4. Add in Multiple Phone numbers [use "hm" or"cph" after ph#]
5. City, St: Enter the full address if you have it.
6. Brief Disc/Notes: Add in a BIO to help your upline leader understand your prospect better.
7. NCDART: Rate your prospect (1 worst - 10 best)

8. R/G/B: Mark an "X" where your prospect fits best.
Reds - people you look up to
Greens - Your Peers

11. Print out (2) copies.
12. Buy some plastic sheet protectors [Office Max, Staples, CVS etc.]
13. Buy a (preferably plastic) 3 fastener folder or Report Cover.
14. Keep with you at all trainings, call parties and presentations
Keeping a profession, good condition contact list helps you keep organized and show your upline Directors and future downline associates that you are on it.
